What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay.
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere. All of our products are shipped from within the US to anywhere in the world.
When will my order ship?
We aim to have orders processed and out the door within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday most likely won't ship out until the following Monday. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
For orders within the USA, once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days. Note (Q3 2020) USPS has been a bit all over the place over the last few weeks - if you notice your order taking longer keep in touch via email so we can rectify the problem if you don't receive your order.
How do I get free U.S shipping?
Orders of $35 or more will qualify for free shipping.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days.
To initiate a return simply reach out to our customer service team at kyle@fail.construction or via our contact page and let them know why the product didn’t work for you.
What are your stickers made of?
All of our stickers are made from a heavy duty matte vinyl.
What are the sizes of your stickers?
All of our stickers are specified in length - presently all of our stickers are 4" in length. The height varies depending upon the artwork.
How will your stickers hold up on the jobsite?
All of our stickers are durable, water resistant, dust resistant and removable. These aren't your standard "amazon multipack" stickers. They are far better quality.
What if I have a problem with an order?
All packages will have a tracking number, but sometimes things still get lost or damaged. If you have a lost or damaged package, or anything else goes wrong, please let us know right away. Durable, applied on a premium heavy duty vinyl ensures no bubbles and will stick to even the most used hard hats or tool boxes. Larger stickers are suitable for bumper stickers or job boxes.
Note - these are kiss cut stickers so final sizing may vary depending upon the design.

United StatesStickers were great and good quality but I was under impression that when I was attempting to purchase multiple of the same sticker that the 30 pack below was of that sticker. Mistake on my part for not reading more into it.
